Alan Žunić is an HR leader with over 25 years of experience in executive roles across high-tech, sales, and manufacturing companies. He graduated from the Faculty of Organization and Informatics in Varaždin and holds an Executive MBA from Cotrugli Business School.
He began his career at Mlinar as payroll manager, then moved to Lidl as HR Manager where he established foundational HR practices during the company’s entry into Croatia. At Nokia Siemens Networks, he helped establish the company in Croatia and Slovenia, setting up key HR processes. Since 2013, at Billi and now as HR Director at KING ICT, he has transformed HR into a strategic business partner, with a strong focus on employee development and talent management.
Throughout his career, Alan has led projects in acquisitions, restructuring, transformation, and capacity building.
